My aging AC unit went out suddenly. By the time I was told and shown that there was no coming back from the dead for the unit, it was 87 degrees in this house! My son in law recommended Bock Services and I am so thankful that he did! Steve Bock contacted me very promptly and by 9:00 the next morning his guys were here tearing out the old system. Within four and a half hours the new system was installed!! His crew was extremely proficient, professional and courteous to a degree that I hardly ever see anymore and furthermore, their price for the job was the most reasonable and fair of the three estimates I got. I didn’t even have to sweep up after them, they left everything spotless! All in all, I can not recommend Bock’s more highly! They are a top notch reputable company that I would not hesitate to use again should the need arise and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking into AC and heating needs!

My AC went out, so I found them on Groupon. Purchased my Groupon and called to make an appointment. The receptionist said they could come out that afternoon. An hour later I am getting a phone call from them saying they can come out in the next 30 minutes. The technician came out and repaired my AC in less than an hour. Levi was wonderful in coming on a Saturday to assist us with our a/c. Bock Services was quick to respond and a reasonable price. When the issue got worse and we needed a new unit sooner than expected, Levi and other technicians came out the next day and installed the unit in a couple of hours. They were reasonable on the price and even took off the money we spent from that Saturday and applied it to the unit. I thought there was still an issue a week later. Hector and Garrett came out within 2 hours of me calling and checked everything out. The issue was just humidity and considering it is peak summer in Texas, this makes sense. I appreciate this companies honesty, reasonable prices, and their quickness in getting an issue resolved during this time of year. It is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be sticking with this company for future issues and recommending them to anyone who needs assistance with their HVAV system.

Levi, service technician, cleaned clogged drains and installed a pump to reroute overflow drainage to prevent clogging in the future. He explained all the work, gave me an estimate for the cost before completing the work. He was thorough and worked efficiently to insure the job was cost effective. What a wonderful business! I had my first appointment today with Levi. I had called on Friday and they got me in the next business day for a check up. My mom has cancer and we came home from a radiation treatment and the air conditioner was not working. 2/12/2018 I woke up Sunday morning to a house that was 50 degrees on a day when it was sleeting outside. I called my home warranty people, and they connected me to Bock Air Conditioning and Heating Service. Lisa, with Bock Air called me first thing Monday morning to schedule a time for her guy to come fix the problem. He arrived EXACTLY when she said he would, and took care of the issue quickly. This company called us when they were having issues with their heating system. Upon inspection we found that the wiring for their heat strips wasn't sufficient or big enough for breaker. We recommended an electrician to run additional power and add another breaker to the panel. We also noticed that the unit isn't hung properly and it's causing the unit to warp. Once an electrician completes the recommended work, we will return to give pricing for additional work.

We arrived a few hours later and determined that one of the contactors for the heat kit had a burnt wire and stopped working. We cut the bad wire and replaced the contactor and now all 4 heat strips are working. Luckily, this home owner has 10 year parts and labor on his equipment. Mrs. G. called when she was having some complications with her heater. Upon inspection we found multiple issues, such as blown fuses and a a burnt contactor. We also found that the the emergency drain pan was severely rusted and the electrical whip wiring was too long. We replaced fuses and contactor and now the system is running to spec. We still recommend replacing the drain pan and clearing out that drain line. The home owner will call when they are ready to move forward with those recommendations.

Due to the cost of part replacement, they decided to replace the entire head of this mini-split. We replaced it with a new 12,000 BTU Gree mini-split head. Now their office is comfortable and running to spec!

Upon arrival, we determined that they weren't getting any electrical voltage to the system and wires had been cut. We recommended that they call an electrical company to repair their internal wires before touching the system itself. Once they get that taken care of, we'll return for a full diagnostic of their system.

Our technicians arrived to inspect her unit and determined that her system was low on refrigerant and had multiple leaks in her line-set. Once the leak was fixed and her refrigerant was topped up, she was very happy and her system was running great!
