They are currently working on a resolution with their warranty company and will call us with the outcome.

Customer contacted us to schedule a preventative maintenance visit for their A/C system. During the inspection, we checked all electrical wiring and components and found everything operating properly. System amp draw was tested and within manufacturer specifications. We inspected the condensate drain line, which was draining correctly, and verified that the air filter was clean. The outdoor condenser coil was thoroughly washed to improve airflow and overall efficiency. At this time, the system is running properly with no issues found.

Technician performed a full system inspection. Upon arrival, both the air conditioning and heating systems were operating properly. Filters were clean, and all system levels were within normal range. No issues found at this time.

Mr. C. called us when his system was freezing up. When we arrived, we determined that his evaporator coil was 100% clogged due to poor filter maintenance. We recommended we pull and clean his coil so the system can begin receiving some proper airflow, but he declined. We hope he calls us if he changes his mind.
