My AC went out at 3 am I take care of two elderly people. I called at least 15 companies this morning and Bock services was the only one who cared enough to come before business hours . Called to get A/C charged up. They offered a good price for complete HVAC replacement and were able to work the job the very next day. The techs worked all day and late into the night to get the work accomplished. Nice and cool for our first 100 degree day. Very satisfied. Highly rated unit from local company. You will not be disappointed.

I have been using Bock Services for over 15 years. They have always been extremely dependable with installation, service and providing quotes. Their technicians and service personnel are well trained and courtious . When job is finished everything is cleaned up and project is in great working order.
Nikki the office manager keeps you informed on all aspects of the job and scheduling. This is also a family owned and operated business. The location is central to all areas of Burleson, Rendon. Fort Worth, making it really nice when you need them.

Steve did a great job. This is the third unit he has installed for me. He has repaired this 5 ton a few times. He also installed both Arlington house units and reworked the ductwork.

Service technician Kyle arrived a mere 3 hours after our call. He was professional, polite and timely. He answered questions and had us back up and running in no time. We are grateful for the quick, friendly and reasonably priced service!

My aging AC unit went out suddenly. By the time I was told and shown that there was no coming back from the dead for the unit, it was 87 degrees in this house!

My son in law recommended Bock Services and I am so thankful that he did! Steve Bock contacted me very promptly and by 9:00 the next morning his guys were here tearing out the old system. Within four and a half hours the new system was installed!!

His crew was extremely proficient, professional and courteous to a degree that I hardly ever see anymore and furthermore, their price for the job was the most reasonable and fair of the three estimates I got. I didn’t even have to sweep up after them, they left everything spotless!

All in all, I can not recommend Bock’s more highly! They are a top notch reputable company that I would not hesitate to use again should the need arise and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking into AC and heating needs!

Excellent service. The tech was awesome and fixed my unit in a timely manner.

Quick and professional service. I called them around 4:30p and they arrived, fixed the problem, and left before 5:30p (on the same day).

From the office staff, to the technicians that came to help me, I was treated with such kindness. AC issues and Texas heat are no joke, and DIY‘s aren’t really helpful. The office staff was great communicating with me so I was able to get my dogs put up before the technicians arrived. The technicians were super knowledgeable and not only did they fix the problem, they also pointed out a few things that I could do as a homeowner to prevent future issues. The technician even took a couple of extra minutes to look up my units warranty, since the previous homeowner had just only installed it back in 2017. Thank you Bock Services!

I’ve been depending on Bach to handle all of my HVAC needs for many years. Additionally, I have referred them to many friends and family, who are all satisfied and very happy about it.

I had them come out and inspect my ductless mini split unit. They are knowledgeable when it comes to these types of units unlike many companies. If you have one in need of service or install give them a call. I will be using them from now on for regular service as well as installing my next unit.

Steve Moon (tech)was here bright and early and diagnosed and made repairs to my family air conditioning unit. It’s cooling my house so nice to have this kind of great service and an awesome technician Mr. Steve Moon again.

💯 percent Responsive and Reliable. I called several companies due to my AC unit reading from 78° to 85° overnight. Having my twins a dog inside was no bueno as temperatures continued to climb in the triple digits. They not only at able to come out the same day, within an hour, but they also were very friendly, helpful and resolved my concern.
