You've probably heard the saying, "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" which holds true for your HVAC system. When you sign up for our annual maintenance HVAC membership programs, you decrease the likelihood of emergency repairs later in the season.

We Offer two Membership Options to Fit Your Needs

Outdoor AC Installation

Level 1 Membership Program - $168/year

You receive 2 visits, including 1 AC check-up in the Spring and 1 Heating check-up in the Fall. This is done before the season's rush to prevent and catch any issues before they happen.

Outdoor AC Installation Inspection

Level 2 Membership Program - $215/year

You receive all of the above, plus an additional 10% off of repairs during service calls.

25-Point Air Conditioning Annual Check-Up

We inspect the following to help ensure your AC unit is ready for the hot, Texas summers:

  • Check blower motor for proper amperage and voltage
  • Re-calibrate thermostat
  • Replace customer provided or purchased filter
  • Inspect bearings for wear and oil as needed
  • Inspect indoor coil (if accessible)
  • Check air flow in the vents
  • Inspect condenser coil
  • Check refrigerant levels
  • Check safety devices for proper operations
  • Inspect the electrical disconnect box for proper rating and safe installation
  • Inspect and lighten connection of electrical wiring
  • Inspect contractors to make sure they aren’t pitted or burnt
  • Check electrical for exposed wiring
  • Test and inspect capacitors
  • Inspect condenser fan blade
  • Clean out condenser coils w/water
  • Inspect service valves for proper operation
  • Measure supply/return for temperature difference
  • Inspect the duct work for energy loss
  • Monitor and measure amperage and volts in wiring connections on compressor
  • Check unit for time delay relay
  • Check unit for insolation pads
  • Inspect the suction line for any kinks and that they have the proper fittings
  • Inspect all fittings for signs of oil and/or leaking
  • Check the condition of the blower belt (if applicable)

Furnace Annual Check-Up

Checking all of the system’s essential components. Here are some specifics:

  • Inspecting the vent system and air intake grilles, removing any blockages
  • Checking the heat exchanger for signs of damage or corrosion
  • Examining and cleaning the blower, removing any debris
  • Also Checking the blower motor to test its amp draw
  • Inspecting the electrical connections, tightening them and/or replacing damaged wiring as needed
  • Checking the burner and flame sensor
  • Examining the belts for any signs of damage or cracks
  • Inspecting the thermostat and calibrating it as needed
  • Lubricating all moving parts in the heating system
  • Checking the air filter, cleaning it or replacing it as needed

Checking and testing the system’s safety controls and startup cycle Gas or oil furnaces? Here are a few additional steps included in your furnace maintenance:

  • Examining fuel lines for potential leaks
  • Checking and testing gas pressure, the burner, and the pilot
  • Inspecting the thermocouple It’s important to maintain your furnace prior to turning it on for the first time in the season. Not only to maintain your warranty, but to minimize the risk of breakdowns, preserve the life of your furnace and help keep your family safe.
