The crew came out on time to install complete inside and outside units. Answered all my questions. A crazy rain storm came out of no where & they continued to work through. They came back out couple days later to check that everything was good because of temp change caused by rain A Great job when all done.

I have been using Bock Services for over 15 years. They have always been extremely dependable with installation, service and providing quotes. Their technicians and service personnel are well trained and courtious . When job is finished everything is cleaned up and project is in great working order. Nikki the office manager keeps you informed on all aspects of the job and scheduling. This is also a family owned and operated business. The location is central to all areas of Burleson, Rendon. My AC went out, so I found them on Groupon. Purchased my Groupon and called to make an appointment. The receptionist said they could come out that afternoon. An hour later I am getting a phone call from them saying they can come out in the next 30 minutes. The technician came out and repaired my AC in less than an hour. After inspection of the system, it was determined that the installation company didn't set the heat strips up correctly. With a little labor, Mr. M's tenants were back up and heating!
