Very impressed with the service and the tech they sent out. Eric was very professional and honest, and he narrowed down my problem easily. Opened everything up in the attic and went to another service call while my A/C was defrosting. Came back a couple hours later and sure enough, everything was fine after he left. I would definitely recommend this company, as well as requesting Eric if I need HVAC service in the future.

I have been using Bock Services for over 15 years. They have always been extremely dependable with installation, service and providing quotes. Their technicians and service personnel are well trained and courtious . When job is finished everything is cleaned up and project is in great working order. Nikki the office manager keeps you informed on all aspects of the job and scheduling. This is also a family owned and operated business. The location is central to all areas of Burleson, Rendon. Fort Worth, making it really nice when you need them. Could not be more happy using them.

Steve did a great job. This is the third unit he has installed for me. He has repaired this 5 ton a few times. He also installed both Arlington house units and reworked the ductwork.

My AC went out, so I found them on Groupon. Purchased my Groupon and called to make an appointment. The receptionist said they could come out that afternoon. An hour later I am getting a phone call from them saying they can come out in the next 30 minutes. The technician came out and repaired my AC in less than an hour. Mr. G. called in stating his mini-split system wasn't cooling. Upon arrival, found system over charged with refrigerant.They had 11.7lbs of refrigerant when it was only designed for 6.17. We removed the excess refrigerant, pressure tested and vacuumed system. Unit is running within specs now!
