Mr. V. called in suspecting his drain line was clogged causing his unit to not come on. Luckily, he has a safety switch which turned the system off preventing any damage. We cleared his drain line and reset his safety switch and now his system is working great.

Mrs. J. called on a Sunday when they noticed a water leak coming from their indoor unit. Once we arrived, we noticed that their drain line was clogged and since they did not have a safety float switch on their unit, it continued to leak and caused damage to their ceiling. We flushed the drain line and recommended a safety switch to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Mr. G. called us to find out why his system wasn't working. We determined that unfortunately the insulation in the coil area of his indoor unit was being sucked up into the coil blocking the airflow and causing his coil to freeze. We recommended cleaning his coil, flushing his primary drain pan and line, and also adding a safety switch to his unit to prevent further damage if his drain line clogs again.

Mr. J. had another company working on their system. Unfortunately they had quite a few issues with their unit. They needed a new board, condenser fan motor, run capacitor, their blower motor pulled and cleaned, their drain line redone and leveled and their supply and return plenum replaced. They're going to contact the other company to try and repair and will call us back if they aren't accommodating.

Mr. H. called us stating their system wasn't cooling. Once diagnosed, we found that their TXV was bad causing low suction. We recommended they replace their TXV, which is still under manufacturer parts warranty. Once they make a decision, they'll give us a call!

During Mrs. Ss checkup, we found the coil and blower to be clogged with dust and microbial growth. We recommended to pull and clean those parts for the health of not just the home owner, but the system. The home owner hasn't decided to move forward yet, but will call us when they're ready.
