The homeowner called because their AC system was freezing up. Our inspection found a severely clogged evaporator coil, a weak outdoor capacitor, and a badly worn contactor. Due to the age and condition of the system, the homeowner chose to upgrade to a new 4-ton Goodman upflow system. We completed the installation, tested the system, and confirmed everything is operating efficiently and cooling properly.
