We contacted the customer as part of their maintenance agreement to perform a system inspection. On the downstairs unit, all wiring, safety switches, refrigerant levels, drains, and components checked out good. The drain pan and coil were clean, and we washed the outdoor condenser coil. We then inspected the upstairs unit and found everything operating properly as well, performing the same full inspection.
