Knowledgeable and honest, Steve was able to share what he knew about the units and options available so we were able to make the most informed decision within our budget. We went with a new condenser and furnace and he and his team were able to do the install quickly! We love having a cool upstairs again

I had such a great experience with my first service using BOCK - very fast response time, personal contact for scheduling and Leo my technician was simply a delight, so knowledgeable and helpful explaining my AC's situation so I can maintain my AC better going forward. These guys are the best! We had an issue, and they went out of their way to resolve it. My elderly parents needed a new unit, and it being an older house caused some problems, but Bock service's were so helpful that things went extremely smoothly. Thank you guys!

We just moved into a rental home and the A/c wasn't working. The landlord ended up talking with Bock services and after hours on a Friday a Leo one of their technicians showed up to diagnose the problem. They were able to get the parts needed for the repair within 48 hours and just repaired the system on a Sunday morning. Leo and Levi showed up around 6:30am on a Sunday and was done before 10am. We now have a great working system and both guys were very friendly. The complete interaction from the dispatcher to talking with the technicians was a very good from beginning to end. Thank you so much for taking care of this issue so quickly and helping us keep our house cool!

July 2024 a hot day my air conditioning stopped working yesterday at night time, I called early 8 am and at 10 am they were here: Repair was done , got a lot of info and options . Thank you to Eric for his knowledge. They have a service plan to check the machine before the summer and the winter, it is worth it !!! Thank you again for the excellent service !

Words cannot express our gratitude to Mr. Eric, Daniel, and the Bock Team for picking up the phone on a hot humid afternoon to come to our rescue to service our air conditioner unit. Mr. Eric is knowledgeable, professional, considerate, prompt, friendly, and genuine. He worked into the evening hours to make sure that we were comfortable until he returned the next day. Mr. Daniel was on support and delivered a new unit the next afternoon and was kind, professional, and genuine. Haraldo the contractor was amazing as well. What a Team and a Blessing to us!

BOCK Services have provided superior and efficient service for my home HVAC system. The Office Dispatchers are kind, genuinely willing to help, and rapidly answer and return phone calls. I am pleased with the HVAC system they installed in 2021, replacing the old unit . BOCK Services has been very responsive in servicing and performing any minimal repairs. In January 2024, Levi Chase and Leo were both very courteous and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and cautiously inside my home. The same high evaluation for Eric Emory, who serviced my AC Unit today, June 11. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

We have used Bock A/C for years. They installed multiple units for me. I have had technicians on site within a hour of me calling. They respond quickly and do not try and sell things that are not needed. Eric came out yesterday and was very professional and eager to work. I advised him that we had a lighting strike close to the house. He found the problem that cause the ac to malfunction and went ahead and check the entire system to ensure that the lighting did not do further damage. His attitude and demeanor was that of someone you want to work for you. Explained everything at my level and a very hard worker. Thanks again Eric, Bock, and Sonya (the lady who answered the phone) nice people to work with.

We've been using Bock AC for several years. They are a good company with professional staff and reasonable pricing. They are also very responsive. Eric recently came and got our AC back to where it needed to be. He is very nice and really knows his stuff. Nikki in the office is very pleasant and helpful when I call to make an appointment. Their staff treats customers as they should be treated. It can be hard to find companies like this, so we really appreciate them!

Very impressed with the service and the tech they sent out. Eric was very professional and honest, and he narrowed down my problem easily. Opened everything up in the attic and went to another service call while my A/C was defrosting. Came back a couple hours later and sure enough, everything was fine after he left. I would definitely recommend this company, as well as requesting Eric if I need HVAC service in the future.
