Mr. E. called when his heat stopped working when it was below freezing outside. We arrived a few hours later and determined that one of the contactors for the heat kit had a burnt wire and stopped working. We cut the bad wire and replaced the contactor and now all 4 heat strips are working. Luckily, this home owner has 10 year parts and labor on his equipment. Thank you for continuing to trust us with your HVAC system.
