Customer had purchased a Groupon for a tune-up. Upon inspection of the unit, it was determined that the capacitors were running incredibly weak. Replaced and unit is in tip top shape!

It was determined during customers multiple unit tune-up that one of her outdoor units was beyond repair and needed replacing. Installed new outdoor unit the same day! Customer happy and continues to be a long term customer.

The customer called in inquiring about a new system. Once quoted, the customer decided to move forward and we installed a new 3 1/2 ton gas system the next day!

Performed winter maintenance on unit and found the high limit switch had tripped. Also found plugged up filter which was causing unit not to come on as well. Reset switch and changed filter and unit now running great!
