About Sanora Moon:

My husband and I started this business back in 1997. I'm not just part owner, but the office manager and absolutely love it. I also get to manage and work with the best and most awesome employees ever. We are a family owned business and treat our customers and employees like they are part of our family.

I have an amazing family (husband, 3 children and 3 grandchildren) and I love them so very much and enjoy spending time with them. When I'm not working, I love teaching Sunday school at our church and helping in the nursery with the precious little babies.

My AC went out, so I found them on Groupon. Purchased my Groupon and called to make an appointment. The receptionist said they could come out that afternoon. An hour later I am getting a phone call from them saying they can come out in the next 30 minutes. The technician came out and repaired my AC in less than an hour. My AC has been working perfect since. Thank you so much. I will be using them again

What a wonderful business! I had my first appointment today with Levi. I had called on Friday and they got me in the next business day for a check up. I received a great 20 minute warning from their dispatcher. Levi was awesome. Quick, professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing very well. I loved that he showed me what to look for so I wouldn't have another issue. I will definitely be using Bock again.

Great service, friendly and professional. Central heating system went out and they were able to replace it with a new unit the next day. Eric and Levi were courteous and tolerant of my two small, barking dogs. Thanks to them, Steve and the two very nice ladies in the office!
