I was very pleased with this company! Levi arrived early and was very efficient in locating and solving the problem. He got my A/C up and running within an hour!

I had live in Haslet . Friday the 9th I had an ac unit go out.
Steve Moon the owner of Bock services LLC came from Burleson. Steve is very knowledgeable and honest.
He diagnosed the cause of failure.
He explained my options .
He didn’t try to sell me anything. The unit was out of warranty. I decided to have it replaced. He call one of his crews which was RV and Salvador. They came out , replaced the unit. They were very well trained experienced and professional.
I was very pleased with this company with every step.
Steve gave me the price up front if was it was more than fair. I would definitely use them from now own and highly refer them.

I recently experienced an emergency situation with my air conditioning system and reached out to Bock Air Conditioning for help. To my relief, they responded promptly and sent Levi, a technician, to assist us. Levi was not only punctual but also incredibly efficient in diagnosing the issue. He quickly identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. His professionalism and expertise were truly impressive. Eric did a great job. Diagnosed my problem and helped me get it fixed in the same day. He’s great at documenting with pictures and explaining the needed repairs so I understand. I highly recommend Bock air conditioning.

I discovered water coming through the doorway trim of my upstairs closet door on 7/18/24. I phoned a friend who advised that it was likely that I needed to have my drain line cleared. He referred me to someone who had done some work for him in the past, Stephen. I reached out to Stephen early on 7/19. He was very honest & polite but advised that neither he nor his son would be able to do the job in my area on that day, but that he had a company that would, Bock Services. I phoned the company & got a very polite woman who confirmed someone could come out that day. She added that the svc fee for my area is normally higher but due to the referral they'd reduce it this time. I understood & she got me scheduled for that morning. I rec'd a return phone call from her informing me of the service tech's arrival time (due to traffic). The svc tech arrived on time, identified himself, & immediately put on his shoe covers upon entering the home. I then escorted Eric to my ac unit in the attic. After what I believe to have been a very thorough inspection, he informed me of all of the issues he noticed & included pictures. He adjusted things so that the water would not continue to leak into my home until I could decide on what I wanted to do. Eric generated a list of things that I needed to have done. He listed them by priority, included the price (if done w/in 30 days) for each, & provided an explanation for each. I did get a 2nd & 3rd opinion. I decided to go with Bock to complete the work based on Eric's professionalism & politeness.

Great service! They were very quick! Very thorough, while having the best price. Will recommend using Bock again, and again.

I had such a great experience with my first service using BOCK - very fast response time, personal contact for scheduling and Leo my technician was simply a delight, so knowledgeable and helpful explaining my AC's situation so I can maintain my AC better going forward. These guys are the best! We had an issue, and they went out of their way to resolve it. My elderly parents needed a new unit, and it being an older house caused some problems, but Bock service's were so helpful that things went extremely smoothly. Thank you guys!

We just moved into a rental home and the A/c wasn't working. The landlord ended up talking with Bock services and after hours on a Friday a Leo one of their technicians showed up to diagnose the problem. They were able to get the parts needed for the repair within 48 hours and just repaired the system on a Sunday morning. Leo and Levi showed up around 6:30am on a Sunday and was done before 10am. We now have a great working system and both guys were very friendly. The complete interaction from the dispatcher to talking with the technicians was a very good from beginning to end. Thank you so much for taking care of this issue so quickly and helping us keep our house cool!

July 2024 a hot day my air conditioning stopped working yesterday at night time, I called early 8 am and at 10 am they were here: Repair was done , got a lot of info and options . Thank you to Eric for his knowledge. They have a service plan to check the machine before the summer and the winter, it is worth it !!! Thank you again for the excellent service !

My AC outside Condenser went out last night and the next day Bock Replaced it. Was also the BEST Price!! THANK YOU!!

Words cannot express our gratitude to Mr. Eric, Daniel, and the Bock Team for picking up the phone on a hot humid afternoon to come to our rescue to service our air conditioner unit. Mr. Eric is knowledgeable, professional, considerate, prompt, friendly, and genuine. He worked into the evening hours to make sure that we were comfortable until he returned the next day. Mr. Daniel was on support and delivered a new unit the next afternoon and was kind, professional, and genuine. Haraldo the contractor was amazing as well. What a Team and a Blessing to us!

Incredibly hard-working, knowledgeable and honest people. I feel very lucky to have found them. Everyone from the scheduler to the technicians take their jobs seriously which seems to be increasingly rare these days. BOCK Services have provided superior and efficient service for my home HVAC system. The Office Dispatchers are kind, genuinely willing to help, and rapidly answer and return phone calls. I am pleased with the HVAC system they installed in 2021, replacing the old unit . BOCK Services has been very responsive in servicing and performing any minimal repairs. In January 2024, Levi Chase and Leo were both very courteous and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and cautiously inside my home. The same high evaluation for Eric Emory, who serviced my AC Unit today, June 11. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
