About Steve Moon:

I started this business in 1997. I've always had a passion for HVAC. I love being able to help customers by giving them quality work with competitive pricing.

In my down time I'm an avid fisherman. When the weather is nice (even when it's not), I love to take my boat out to the lakes and fish for crappie. I also like to go up to Missouri to my families property during deer season. You should try my deer jerky! I also sing and play multiple musical instrument. When I'm not hunting, fishing or playing music, I like to go down to Fredericksburg, TX. to dig for arrow heads. I put teams together and love to search for artifacts.

My main "hobby" if you could call it that is prison ministry. I go into jails and prisons and tell them my testimony and preach the word of God.

My aging AC unit went out suddenly. By the time I was told and shown that there was no coming back from the dead for the unit, it was 87 degrees in this house! My son in law recommended Bock Services and I am so thankful that he did! Steve Bock contacted me very promptly and by 9:00 the next morning his guys were here tearing out the old system. Within four and a half hours the new system was installed!! His crew was extremely proficient, professional and courteous to a degree that I hardly ever see anymore and furthermore, their price for the job was the most reasonable and fair of the three estimates I got. I didn’t even have to sweep up after them, they left everything spotless! All in all, I can not recommend Bock’s more highly! They are a top notch reputable company that I would not hesitate to use again should the need arise and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking into AC and heating needs!

My AC thermometer was alarming me when I got home from work that something was wrong with my unit. It is a weekend and of course, extremely hot! I called them as they said they could could come out and see what was was wrong. I expected a weekend expense but they were so wonderful...didn’t over charge me and fixed my ac affordably. Prompt service! My heater went out on the coldest night of the year! Bock sent a tech out they diagnosed the problem and had a new unit out and installed the next day. No mess was left. I am so happy with the service and I would highly recommend them!!!

My a/c was not working and I got very good customer service from Bock. Job was done right. Steve came out the first days and was very helpful explaining what he was doing and also followed frequently. Bock changed out our A/C system. We had a system that was too large for our house, and they could have gotten an easy up sell, but showed us what we need and did a great job. They saved us a few hundred that day, and our electric bill was cutt in half.

Mrs. F. was having some sheetrock repair done when her contactor noticed that her air handler in her attic wasn't level. We came out and noticed that her unit hanging in her attic was pulling too hard on the studs of the roof. We rehung it and now her system and her roof, are strong!
