Customer called and reported that their home was not cooling. Upon inspection, we found that the breaker to the outdoor condenser had accidentally been turned off, causing a communication error between the indoor and outdoor systems. Once the breaker was turned back on, communication was restored and the system returned to normal operation. We checked all components, and everything is operating properly and reading within specifications.
