The customer contacted us because their home was not cooling properly. Upon arrival, we found that the system had lost 24-volt power due to a backed-up condensate drain line. We cleared the drain line and cleaned the P-trap under the sink, which restored power to the system. We tested the system afterward, and everything is operating normally at this time.
