The customer is part of our yearly maintenance agreement, so we performed their scheduled maintenance. All system components were operating within normal range. We noted high compressor locked rotor (LRA) startup amps and recommended a soft start kit to reduce startup load and help extend compressor life. The system is cooling properly at this time.
