The customer scheduled a service call because the system was not cooling properly. We found a communication error on the 24-volt side of the air handler. We tightened all electrical connections and verified power was properly restored to all components. The system is now operating and cooling correctly. If the issue returns, we recommend replacing the indoor control board due to a likely intermittent connection.
