We contacted the customer to schedule their routine maintenance as part of their maintenance agreement. Both systems were inspected and are operating well. One system was found to be low on refrigerant, and a leak search confirmed the evaporator coil is leaking. We recommended replacing the evaporator coil. Aside from that issue, both systems are operating properly at this time.
