The customer called because Classrooms 6 and 7 were not heating. We diagnosed a failed gas valve, provided a repair estimate, and received approval to proceed. We returned to replace the gas valve, adjusted the gas pressure, and cleaned the flame sensor. The unit is now heating and operating properly.
