The customer called because the kitchen unit was not keeping up and the temperature inside was rising. We inspected the system and found the refrigerant charge and capacitor were both in good condition. The outdoor condenser was heavily soiled, so we cleaned it thoroughly. After cleaning, the system was operating properly and cooling as it should.
