We contacted the customer to perform their routine maintenance as part of their maintenance agreement. Both the upstairs and downstairs systems were operating properly. We found high startup amp draw on the outdoor compressors, so we installed two soft start kits to reduce startup amps and replaced a capacitor as a preventative measure. Both systems are now running properly.
