The customer contacted us for a quote on a new mini-split system because their current unit was no longer cooling properly. We found the outdoor unit had a failed control board and compressor. The customer chose to move forward with the replacement, and we installed the new mini-split system along with a new copper line set. The new system is operating and cooling properly.
