Customer called because their A/C system was not cooling properly. We found the system was low on refrigerant and traced the issue to a leaking evaporator coil. We replaced the coil, vacuumed the line set, recharged the system with refrigerant, and tested the unit to confirm everything is operating properly and cooling as it should.
