Customer called stating the system was not cooling. Upon arrival, we found a broken wire at the high voltage plug and a failed run capacitor. We repaired the wiring issue, replaced the capacitor, and checked amp draws on the compressor and fan motor. Refrigerant levels were also verified and found to be within range. The system is now operating properly and cooling as expected.
