We went out to the property and replaced a failed TXV. After installation, we performed a pressure test to ensure system integrity, then pulled a deep vacuum down to 500 microns. Once the system held properly, we recharged and adjusted the refrigerant levels, adding 5 lbs and 7 oz. The system is now operating correctly and cooling as expected.
