Customer requested a maintenance service and filter replacement. During our inspection, we found water dripping from several supply vents due to insufficient insulation. We insulated the affected ductwork, installed diffusers at the supply vents, and added additional supply vents in the dining area and kitchen to improve airflow. After completing the work, the system was operating properly, and air distribution is now balanced throughout the building.
