Customer called because their mini-split system was not cooling properly. Upon inspection, we found a failed capacitor that was preventing the system from operating correctly. We replaced the capacitor, checked the compressor amp draw, and cleaned the outdoor condenser coil. The system is now cooling properly and running as it should.
