Customer called and reported that their AC unit had frozen over. Our technician found that the system was low on refrigerant and that the outdoor compressor was struggling to start. We cleaned the outdoor coil and added two pounds of refrigerant to restore operation. The system is now up and running properly and cooling at this time.
