Performed routine A/C maintenance and inspected the system for proper operation. Cleaned the outdoor condenser coil and verified that all components are functioning correctly. The system is operating properly at this time. We also recommended installing a safety float switch, as the system currently does not have one to help prevent potential water damage from a clogged drain line.
