Customer reported that their thermostat was not coming on. We performed maintenance on both HVAC systems. One unit was operating properly with no issues found. On the second unit, we found the overflow safety switch had tripped due to a clogged secondary drain line. We cleared the drain line and cleaned the outdoor condenser coil, which was dirty. After testing both systems, everything is operating properly and running efficiently.
