We contacted the customer to schedule their routine A/C maintenance as part of their maintenance agreement. Upon inspection, all electrical wiring and connections were found to be in good condition. We checked the system amp draw, and readings were within normal operating range. The condensate drain was clear and draining properly, and the air filter was clean. We also washed and cleaned the outdoor condenser coil to help maintain proper airflow and efficiency. At this time, no issues were found, and the system is operating properly.
