Customer called and reported that her unit did not seem to be working correctly. Upon arrival, we tested the system and found that the indoor blower motor was unresponsive during operation. We inspected the rest of the system and found all other components to be operating properly. We replaced the indoor blower motor, tested the system, and confirmed that everything is now working well and operating properly.
