Customer called and reported that their mini-split system was not cooling properly. Upon inspection, we found that the issue was caused by dead batteries in the remote control, preventing the system from operating correctly. We replaced the batteries, tested the system thoroughly, and confirmed that the mini-split is now cooling properly and operating as it should.
