Prior to this service, we noticed the return ducts and evaporator coil area inside the air handler were beginning to accumulate significant dust and debris, which could eventually circulate throughout the duct system. We recommended a complete unit, coil, and duct cleaning to improve system performance and indoor air quality.

We scheduled the service and returned to perform a full cleaning of the system. The blower wheel and housing were removed, disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and disinfected. We also disinfected and wiped down the inside of the air handler cabinet, including the wiring and insulation. In addition, we completed a full duct cleaning and sanitized and disinfected the duct system.
