The customer contacted us regarding water dripping onto the ceiling tiles and suspected condensation on the suction lines. We scheduled an inspection to diagnose the issue and prevent further water damage.
Solutions provided:
We checked the system and found no clogs. The suction line insulation was loose, so we re-taped and strapped it back on. Everything is now working properly and no more water is dripping.
