As part of our maintenance agreement program, we reached out to the customer to schedule their spring maintenance and ensure their system continues to operate efficiently.
Solutions provided:
We inspected the system and found the refrigerant level was low and the capacitor was weak. We added refrigerant to bring levels back within range. The system is now operating properly.
