The customer contacted us stating their thermostat was set to 72°F, but the indoor temperature had increased to 78°F and continued rising.

Solutions provided:

We found a bad run capacitor at the condenser and debris covering it. The indoor coil was clean. We replaced the capacitor, changed the filter, and washed the condenser. Everything is now working properly.
