Customer called and asked for us to come and take a look at his unit because the house was not cooling.
We inspected the system and found a heavily clogged P-trap with significant buildup, which was affecting drainage. The float switch was improperly positioned and triggering the outdoor defrost board. We corrected the float switch, cleaned the P-trap, washed the outdoor condenser, and cleared the drain lines. The system is now operating properly.
