Customer had called and said taht their thermostat went black and was no longer working.
Solutions provided:
Our technician inspected the system and discovered the float switch had been triggered by a clogged drain line. After clearing the blockage and readjusting the float switch, the system was restored to proper working condition and is now running normally.
