Why did the customer contact us?
Customer called and stated that their AC was nog working. They also wanted us to come and take a look at their mini-split in the workshop.
Solutions provided:
Upon our technician arriving we found the upstairs unit was short cycling and was locking out. Reset the system and everything is working good. The mini split was not working because there was no freon in the system. We preformed an advanced leak search and we found no leak. Added freon to the mini split and everything is working great.
