Customer called and reported that their AC was no longer cooling. As well as the unit was making a loud buzzing noise.
Solutions provided:
Technician responded to service call and found multiple ants inside the 1.5-pole contactor, causing improper operation. The contactor was replaced, and system operation was tested. Equipment is now running properly.
