Customer called and said their duct has split from the main line. Therefore the air was leaking out and not cooling properly.
Solutions provided:
We went out there and saw that some cats had got ahold of the ducts and tore them apart. We replaced them and inspected all the other equipment. Everything is up and running the way it should!
