Ms. K. called in knowing we were outside of her service area but wanted us to come out. We diagnosed her system and determined that we needed to clear out her drain line, properly level her coil, seal the duct connections at the plenum and install a new drain pan. Once these items were addressed, the AC unit started working great and the home owner was happy!
