• Comment: I am so impressed with the level of courtesy and professionalism that I have received from this company. I called after hours and expected to have to wait until the next business day to get assistance with my unit, but when made aware that my grandmother had medical issues, they had a technician at my home within the hour and had the unit working perfectly. This kind of service is rare and hard to find, and my family is grateful to have found Bock.
