• Comment: We just moved into a rental home and the A/c wasn't working. The landlord ended up talking with Bock services and after hours on a Friday a Leo one of their technicians showed up to diagnose the problem. They were able to get the parts needed for the repair within 48 hours and just repaired the system on a Sunday morning. Leo and Levi showed up around 6:30am on a Sunday and was done before 10am. We now have a great working system and both guys were very friendly. The complete interaction from the dispatcher to talking with the technicians was a very good from beginning to end. Thank you so much for taking care of this issue so quickly and helping us keep our house cool!
