Mr. M. called in on a Sunday with issues regarding their tenants heating system not heating. With it being only 23 degrees outside and a low of 13, we needed to act fast!
Solutions provided:
After another company had installed his unit and weren't able to get out to him that day, Bock Services arrived! After inspection of the system, it was determined that the installation company didn't set the heat strips up correctly. With a little labor, Mr. M's tenants were back up and heating! Thank you for calling us, we hope to service you again soon, should you need it!
