• Comment: Bock installed a new AC system for us. From the initial contact they were very professional and knowledgeable. I had several install bids and Bock was middle of the road with pricing on the same 14 seer system and they could meet our installation date(a Saturday install). The install team was very professional, completed the work in a very timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves entirely. They did a great job with sealing and insulation of the plenums. The technicians are respectful, knowledgeable and did their work quickly. Lisa from the front office was very friendly with her communication with us. She was very through with the warranty registration and service follow up questions. We are very happy with their service.
