• Comment: Absolutely satisfied. From the moment of my initial inquiry about A/C service, Mark answered the phone in a pleasant voice with an attitude that "we can help." The next morning according to schedule Leo arrived do what so often you no longer experience in service reps - customer service. Leo helped us make the right choice for our home and then proceeded to educate us in the efficient use of the equipment. It was great since my wife and I know nothing about electronics or how they work. As senior citizens that is very important to us. 9/14/16
