Customer requested a routine maintenance service on their system. We inspected all wiring, safety switches, thermostat, and refrigerant levels, and everything checked out good. The indoor coil, blower wheel, and blower assembly were clean and operating properly. We washed the outdoor condenser coil and checked the compressor amp draw, which was within normal range. At this time, the system is operating properly and efficiently with no issues found.

We arrived Sunday morning and installed a temporary AC cooling system to keep the home owner cool until we were able to get their new equipment installed. They called on a Sunday morning and by Monday afternoon, we had installed a new evaporator coil and had their system cooling by the end of the day! Home owner was very appreciative and we are in the process of helping them get a cash out from their home warranty company to assist with the replacement cost.
